CxO's for USA recognizes that the current discussions surrounding outsourcing are too one-sided regarding complex, industry specific knowledge processes (i.e., KPO). As the world enters into the fourth iteration of globalization, the one-way outsourcing beliefs that dominated the industry discussions have reached diminishing returns as global sourcing orchestration replaces labor arbitrage order taking. CxO4USA believes that American workforces have a prominent and required role in global KPO of the 21st century.
